Open House Events: Once your home is listed, we send an e-mail notification to all Prudential John Aaroe agents, and other local area agents in the greater Los Angeles area notifying them of this listing, including a photo and a detailed description of the property. We mail hundreds of ' Open House' postcards to area residents. We advertise these events in the Sunday Los Angeles Times, Prudential John Aaroe Division Real Estate section, every sunday!

Promotional Materials: A three picture color flyer featuring professional photography and description will be created and made available at the property and all Prudential California Realty, John Aaroe Division.
Internet Exposure & Virtual Tours: Photographs are used to creat a Virtual Tour of the property, giving the prospective buyer the feeling of touring the house.
